The Bob Marshall Music Festival is a weekend full of adventure and good music. Held in scenic Seeley Lake, this festival celebrates Montana’s crown jewel the Bob Marshall Wilderness to which Seeley Lake is the gateway.
This is a 3 day experience that includes great music, camping with family and friends, good food and award-winning Lewis & Clark Beer.
The festival is located in the southern part of Seeley Lake, just off of Highway 83. No access to water. No electricity.
**Vendor setup begins Wednesday, June 27th at noon. All Vendors must be set up by 10 am on Friday, June 19, 2020 and must stay through Saturday at 11 pm.
Attendance is expected to be around 3000 for the weekend.
$200 - non-refundable fee
Included with your vending fee:
2 weekend concert passes
a 10'x10' area for vending
a 10'x 20' camp area located directly behind your booth.
**Please note that any additional people staying in your camping area must purchase a concert pass to the event, as well as camping passes if they plan on staying at the festival campground. All vehicles must be parked in the day parking lot. (Parking passes will be provided) One camp trailer will be allowed in your camp area.
Vendors who make/create/produce quality arts, crafts and products will be prioritized. We will be limiting multiple competitive products in hopes of increasing your profits! Local, handmade, unique products, especially with a Montana or nature focus will be given top priority in our selection process.
No merchandise with The Bob Logo or The Bob information can be sold by any vendor other than the official festival merchandise vendor.
A variety of foods including ethnic, regional, “festival” foods, and local businesses will be prioritized. We will be limiting multiple competitive products in hopes of increasing your profits!
License and insurance
-Vendors will be required to have proof of insurance. Upon acceptance, you will be asked to provide a copy of your liability insurance with TheBobMusic, LLC named a co-insured.
-A mobile food service license will be required and must be provided to the vendor coordinator prior to the event.
Health and Safety
All food vendors are subject to inspection by the Missoula County Healthy Department, as well as the Fire Marshall. If you have any questions, please contact the Missoula County Health Department.
